I am not just talking about, “monsters under the bed”. But scary  “real world” fears, like speaking in public. Letting these fear get the better of you leads to stress, anxiety, depression and more negativity. Face your fears, and positivity flows.Exercise. Exercise is well known to release “happy” hormones. I love motivational quotes – the simplicity and elegance of a powerful quote sets off an internal spark like few other things in life can. I find it to be great for motivation and goal setting to have them everywhere. I have posters and images all over my office with some of my favorite quotes. When I’m feeling down or lacking vision, sometimes a quick glance is all it takes to get my act together.
