– Mary Lou RettonLife can be rough, but hopefully these positivity quotes about life, give you a small bit of encouragement to get through some of the tough times. If being optimistic and positive about life doesn’t seem to be “enough” to win at the game of life, there are two big things I recommend you try.The first is a morning routine. Many people live this lives on autopilot. They react when things happen in their lives and otherwise, live life like it is a rollercoaster, with little positive control over their lives. One of the ways to regain control over your life is with a morning routine. A good morning routine gives energy, it accomplishes tasks and sets you on a path to get the things YOU want done for the day completed. A morning routine means taking the day out of the hands of fate and gaining control of your life. Find out more about positive morning routines in the link below. You can create a habit to help you exercise daily, or a habit to grab a fast-food on your way home daily as a method to de-stress. The choice is all up to you!If you love the idea of positivity, however, there should be little choice but to create more good habits and get rid of more bad habits.eval(ez_write_tag([[300,250],'developgoodhabits_com-large-leaderboard-2','ezslot_6',113,'0']));When you are trying to change your bad habits one of the keys is to have a replacement, Rather than create a vacuum where the bad habit once existed, create something positive to put into its place. – Karen SalmansohnI am sure it is obvious, but having a positive attitude, like in the quotes above, is a key to positivity.Or maybe it is better to say that positivity is a result of a positive attitude. When you go with the flow and treat things with only the concern they are due, it is far easier to keep that positive attitude. What else can you do to keep a positive attitude?Gratitude. It may seem weird but being grateful for the things that others have done for you, and letting them know about it, has been shown to have a huge impact on positivity, happiness and general well being. One of the best ways to express this gratitude is by writing a daily journal or even better writing in a purpose built gratitude journal.Face your Fears. We all have things that we are scared of. I am not just talking about, “monsters under the bed”. But scary “real world” fears, like speaking in public. Letting these fear get the better of you leads to stress, anxiety, depression and more negativity. Face your fears, and positivity flows.Exercise. Exercise is well known to release “happy” hormones. Simply exercise every single day, even if it just a bit of healthy walking, and you will feel more capable and positive.Want to more about what it takes to be positive. Check out the article linked below that goes into detail on what it takes to make positivity a permanent part of your life.16 Quotes on Positivity in the Workplace“Learning is a gift. Even when pain is your teacher.”
Speaking up for yourself is a learned habit, no one is just born with it, they had to develop the skill. It’s an important skill, and one that will benefit you all the days of your life and help you become the best woman you can be. This dovetails nicely with fighting for your dreams, because when you pursue a dream you’re going to have to do a lot of speaking up for yourself. There are those that will try to dissuade you from reaching your dreams and goals and you will have to find your voice.
It’s alright if storms are upon you, for they’ll teach you lots about how to sail your ship. Instead of hoping against hope for calm waters, it’s better to embrace the challenges life brings and learn how to handle them. Life is going to present you with a series of events and circumstances that may not be to your liking, and how you deal with them will determine what you get next. Once you learn how to sail your ship, you’ll be able to navigate future challenges even better, and recover more quickly.

“A friend is a person with whom I may be sincere. Before him I may think aloud. I am arrived at last in the presence of a man so real and equal, that I may drop even those undermost garments of dissimulation, courtesy, and second thought, which men never put off, and may deal with him with the simplicity and wholeness with which one chemical atom meets another.”
