“How sweet the morning air is! See how that one little cloud floats like a pink feather from some gigantic flamingo. Now the red rim of the sun pushes itself over the London cloud-bank. It shines on a good many folk, but on none, I dare bet, who are on a stranger errand than you and I. How small we feel with our petty ambitions and strivings in the presence of the great elemental forces of Nature!”
This is all about a mindset shift from being someone that lets others dictate what they accomplish in life, and someone that does what they decide they want to do. It’s a great way to get out of the victim mentality that plagues so many women. If you want to have something, do something, or be something, it’s a matter of making the decision and seeing it though, not leaving it up to the whims of someone else. So start the day today knowing that no one will stop you but you.
"Every friendship travels at sometime through the black valley of despair. This tests every aspect of your affection. You lose the attraction and the magic. Your sense of each other darkens and your presence is sore. If you can come through this time, it can purify with your love, and falsity and need will fall away. It will bring you onto new ground where affection can grow again." John O'Donohue
Because positivity is so infectious, it naturally becomes a quality that other people want in their lives. Those of us who can keep a positive attitude in the face of tough times, become an inspiration for everyone else. Positivity is an attractive personality trait, and can go far when it comes to personal and professional relationships. If you are not an inherently positive personal, there are a number of ways by which you can change this. Writing, meditation, affirmations, and integrating more play into your life are all ways that you can rewire your brain to be more focused on the positive aspects of your experience.
– Mary Lou RettonLife can be rough, but hopefully these positivity quotes about life, give you a small bit of encouragement to get through some of the tough times. If being optimistic and positive about life doesn’t seem to be “enough” to win at the game of life, there are two big things I recommend you try.The first is a morning routine. Many people live this lives on autopilot. They react when things happen in their lives and otherwise, live life like it is a rollercoaster, with little positive control over their lives. One of the ways to regain control over your life is with a morning routine. A good morning routine gives energy, it accomplishes tasks and sets you on a path to get the things YOU want done for the day completed. A morning routine means taking the day out of the hands of fate and gaining control of your life. Find out more about positive morning routines in the link below. DISCOVER: Morning Routines for an Amazing Start to Your Day The second secret is habits. Habits can be good or bad. You can create a habit to help you exercise daily, or a habit to grab a fast-food on your way home daily as a method to de-stress. The choice is all up to you!If you love the idea of positivity, however, there should be little choice but to create more good habits and get rid of more bad habits.eval(ez_write_tag([[300,250],'developgoodhabits_com-large-leaderboard-2','ezslot_6',113,'0']));When you are trying to change your bad habits one of the keys is to have a replacement, Rather than create a vacuum where the bad habit once existed, create something positive to put into its place. So rather than grabbing that fast-food snack on the way home from work, you could stop and take a stress relieving walk thru a park at the same time you used to eat junk food.Want some ideas for replacing those bad habits with go ones? There would be no rainbows without sunshine and rain.”
When you smile, you are certainly transmitting a special signal to those who are in receipt and to others who observe your smile. This was a signal that I used quite often in various work that I did over the years and have even tested the theory that a smile is a more welcoming sign for people to approach than if you do not smile. Don’t be afraid to take risks, because if you think you’re playing it safe you really aren’t. There’s plenty more to lose by not risking anything, such as having a boring life and not accomplishing anything of merit. The key is making calculated risks and following your instincts. Take risks that feel good, and follow your bliss. Don’t let a risk stand in the way of doing what you want to do. Make sure that you measure the risk and always be risking something so that you have an interesting life.

“When you find a guy who calls you beautiful instead of hot, who calls you back when you hang up on him, who will stand in front of you when other’s cast stones, or will stay awake just to watch you sleep, who wants to show you off to the world when you are in sweats, who will hold your hand when your sick, who thinks your pretty without makeup, the one who turns to his friends and say, ‘that’s her’, the one that would bear your rejection because losing you means losing his will to live, who kisses you when you screw up, watches the stars and names one for you and will hold and rock that baby for hours so you can sleep…..you marry him all over again.”
When your life is in turmoil, think of a waterfall. The water (your life) is flowing along normally at a steady pace when suddenly, there is a dip (event in your life or a problem) which results in the water going into a state of turmoil as it falls deeper and deeper with no sign of an end to the turmoil. Then the water hits the bottom and splashes into a larger state of turmoil (this is the peak before things start to get better) before gradually blending into calm stream again (normality).
“Maman told me that every time you smile, a very tiny bit of the smile stays stuck to your face, so as you get older and older your face starts to show all the tiny bits of all your smiles and you look like you are smiling all the time, even when you are just thinking about what to have for breakfast. She said, also, that if you frown a lot then the frown sticks to your face instead. That way when you are old you have a very frowny face and look cross all the time and people are scared of you.” – Claire King
Your biggest fans and most honest critics. The only beings who could possibly love you more than you could ever love them. Not all parents are great, I agree, but they did choose to let you live and gave you life. Be grateful to your parents for their support, their encouragement, for their strength and undying love. Be grateful for the opportunity of life that they gave you.

Best friends send a “check in-text” to see if you need an excuse to end your date early. They show up with seven-up and movies when you are sick, and they don’t give up shopping until you have found the perfect wedding dress. True friends hang out after your party and help you clean up and do the dishes. They show up with meals after your baby is born, and they offer to take your toddler to the park when they know you need a break.
