Sharing a morning quote can sparkle positive thinking and improve our life conditions. The messages that come across are simple, but they work as a reminder for something deeper we have read in literature or something that we have experienced in our own lives or seen happening in other people’s life paths. That is when our bedtime conclusions about what matters and what is trivial come to life and give birth to a fresh mentality, a way of thinking and acting that can really inspire ourselves and people around us.
Happiness is a misunderstood, often misquoted commodity. To be loved is to be happy, to be an artist is to be happy, to walk in a park alone with your thoughts is to be happy. Happiness is how you define it. Many people are robbed of their happiness for they often try to follow someone else’s definition of it. It’s a rare commodity today, one that the world is scrambling to own. Be grateful for your happiness.
For years, I worked in several organizations and one behavior I always did in arriving at work was comprised of two things at the same time. The first was to say good morning and the next was to smile as I said it. By the time I got to my work area, I had smiled to over twelve people. Now, I admit, there were a lot of mornings when I really didn't feel like smiling or even to say hello. But, I did anyway and the interesting result was that by the time I reached my work area, I felt better. Byron Pulsifer, Just Smile
There’s a wonderful sense of well-being that begins to circulate… up and down your spine. And you feel something that makes you almost want to smile. So what’s it like to be me? Ask yourself, ‘What’s it like to be me?’ The only way we’ll ever know what it’s like to be you is if you work your best at being you as often as you can, and keep reminding yourself that’s where home is. Bill Murray

We all have felt the pain of tough times.Tough times are unavoidable. The only thing you can control is how you react to them. Sometimes it may be hard, but hopefully you are able to react to these bad times with positivity, optimism, courage and hope. The idea is to reinforce your feelings that these affirmations are true.An example of using the positivity of affirmations to reinforce your attitudes might be if you feel you are not good enough at work. Creating an affirmation like, “ I am every bit as capable, intelligent, hard-working and dedicated as my colleagues at work”. Frequent repetitions of this affirmation will boost your confidence and self-esteem, letting you know that you CAN do your job. This positivity will actually help you do better at work.Below are a few more articles on affirmations that may be of interest. “Although time seems to fly, it never travels faster than one day at a time. Each day is a new opportunity to live your life to the fullest. In each waking day, you will find scores of blessing and opportunities for positive change. Do not let your today be stolen by the unchangeable past or the indefinite future! Today is new day ! Make sure that you flex your courage muscle daily. That way when you really need it for something really scary it will be highly developed through daily use. Doing something courageous each day means finding something that you’re fearful of and overcoming that fear to do the thing that you wanted to do. It doesn’t have to be a big thing at first, and you’ll want to start off with small things so that you build up your confidence in your ability to be courageous. As your confidence grows, you can take on bigger and bigger things.
Here’s a success tip from someone that achieved high levels of success. She’s saying that dreaming of success won’t get you there all by itself. You have to have a dream, but you’ll stay a dreamer unless you back up your dream with work. Learn this lesson early on in your life and it will pay dividends all the time. If things aren’t working out the way you want them to it likely means you’re not putting in enough work to make them happen. Get a clear focus, a clear dream, a clear goal, and then follow up with focused work.
– Stephen Covey“There are two ways of spreading light: to be the candle, or the mirror that reflects it.” – Edith Whartoneval(ez_write_tag([[300,250],'developgoodhabits_com-banner-1','ezslot_4',680,'0']));“You are the sum total of everything you’ve ever seen, heard, eaten, smelled, been told, forgot--it’s all there. Everything influences each of us, and because of that I try to make sure that my experiences are positive.”
“Well, it seems to me that the best relationships - the ones that last - are frequently the ones that are rooted in friendship. You know, one day you look at the person and you see something more than you did the night before. Like a switch has been flicked somewhere. And the person who was just a friend is... suddenly the only person you can ever imagine yourself with.”
